I've the latest Carrier Infinity WiFi thermostat SYSTXCCITC01-B installed in March of this year. I'm having trouble with connection to the Myinfinity server. My wifi connection is fine and it works with everything else in the house with the exception of the intermittent connection with the MyInfinity server. The Infinity controller would allow for a bit more comfort with the 3 stages of heat and it's dehumidifying capabilities. Only thing of note is that adjustments made on the thermostat itself occasionally get overwritten by Infinitude, so my family uses exclusively HA or Google home to make adjustments now, which is better than the interface on that POS anyhow.
